The combination of light, moist sponge and sweet topping is the ultimate comfort food.  I home-bake my cupcakes using the highest quality ingredients to give a lovely fresh sponge, then I create the topping. All my designs are handcrafted by me using sugarpaste to form displays of highly decorative, interesting and eye-catching cakes to appeal to all ages for all occasions. My flavours are vanilla, chocolate, coffee, lemon, carrot, coconut and lime, hummingbird, red velvet and many more! My prices start at £1.20 for a single cake and £30 for a giant cupcake. Kathy’s Cupcakes is based in the beautiful riverside town of Burnham-on-Crouch in Essex and I bake cakes for the following occasions: Birthdays, Weddings, Christenings, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, New Home, Good Luck, Thank-you presents, Get well, Prom parties, Mother’s and Father’s Day, Valentine’s, Easter, Hallowe’en, Christmas, New Year, or just because you want some!!
